Kartell opened its doors in 1973. At the time, the restaurant was rather small, catering for around 50 covers. The building consists of three boat houses connected together by arches that give a rustic and warm atmosphere. The tables and chairs were originally made out of real wine barrels thus the name Kartell. At the time there were only five bars. It was the first family run Restaurant of its kind in Marsalforn, as the others formed part of hotels.

Since then, we have strived to provide the best possible food served in a unique seashore location, pampered by our capable crew.

The Menu offers a wide variety of freshly made soups, salads, hot and cold starters followed by main courses and desserts. If you prefer to taste something different ask for the day's specialty. Our cusine is based on traditional Mediterranean with a strong emphasis on local recipes.

We like to think of ourselves as having a prompt and friendly service.
